Motlatsi holds a bachelor’s degree in BSc: Mathematical Sciences specialising in Applied Mathematics and Pure Mathematics with the University of Johannesburg. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Order/follow up on resources, like equipment and software
Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
Take minutes and follow up on actions
Monitor project progress and address potential issues
Measure and report on project performance and overall progress
Act as the point of contact for all participants, in conjunction with the PM
Maintain project plans, in conjunction with the PM
Planning & scheduling
Facilitating and Coordinating End-User training
